一、Product overview产品概述
卫生泵（又名奶泵、饮料泵、进料泵）
用途：用于输送乳汁液、豆浆、果汁饮料及类似液体食品
结构：由高转速电机、不锈钢泵、钢管脚架等构成
材料：全部采用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢材料，电机外部都有不锈钢板进行全面封闭，表面全部抛光
特点：本泵具有结构简单、运行稳、扬程足、安全可靠、外形美观、使用方便等特点
质量：本产品出厂时，业经有关部门严格鉴定，质量实行三包。
Hygienic pump (also known as milk pump, beverage pump, feed pump)

三、Instructions for Use使用说明
先检查电机铭牌上标定电源与现场电源是否一致，泵的安装基础一般应为平整、有足够强度的地面，尽可能安装在设备的位置上，管道口径和泵的进出口口径应一致，进口管径不能偏小，当管道的口径小于泵的口径时，以偏心变径管加以调整，将小口径的管道尽量缩短，避免形成窝气部位，出口管径不能偏大，出口管径大于泵出口时，尽量延伸距泵出口距离，以免泵电机超负载。
First check whether the demarcated power supply on the motor nameplate is consistent with the field power supply. The installation foundation of the pump should be flat and strong enough. It should be installed at the lowest position of the equipment as far as possible. The diameter of the pipeline and the inlet and outlet of the pump should be the same. The inlet diameter should not be too small. When the diameter of the pipeline is smaller than the diameter of the pump, the eccentric variable diameter pipe should be adjusted to adjust the small diameter pipeline. When the outlet diameter is larger than the outlet diameter of the pump, the distance from the outlet of the pump should be extended as far as possible so as to avoid the overload of the pump motor.
四、Matters needing attention注意事项
泵进料口安装位置应低于吸入液面，如安装位置高于吸入液面，启动前应先对泵腔灌满料液，严禁泵腔内料液不足启动。
The installation position of the pump inlet and outlet should be lower than the inhalation level. If the installation position is higher than the inhalation level, the pump chamber should be filled with liquid before starting. It is strictly prohibited that the insufficient liquid in the pump chamber should be started.
